Location was superb and the staff especially a young lady who carried our suitcase up to our room.

The location was perfect for our stay as we were attending a wedding just a few km away. We only slept a few hours before having to catch our plane so I cannot expand a lot but the hotel was clean and comfortable with 24h reception so it met our needs.

Clean basic rooms. Very helpful staff. Hairdryer in the room and use of an iron and ironing board. Very nice evening meals.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms were basic but very clean and the politeness and professionalism of the staff made all the difference.

“Had to order in a meal as the restaurant was closed but otherwise a good hotel”

A bit further from town than we had expected but a very nice hotel. Unfortunately because we arrived on a public holiday the restaurant was closed.

It's in the middle of nowhere so nothing is nearby you can't even get a taxi. Also no one seems to work on reception as when we checked in our room keys were just left on the desk and a note saying hotel is closed. Other guests there had been locked out numerous times and there was no one to help, lucky some French guests staying in the hotel helped by calling an emergency line and even then it took a while to figure out we needed a master key to unlock the rooms. Staff there do not understand English even using Google translate on one day we did see a reception member. They have a bar but again that was closed throughout the duration of my stay we didn't see anyone working there. There were no amenities at all like a basic kettle or even iron. One of our rooms also had a broken cupboard meaning there was no mirror in the room. Overall, we had an awful stay and wouldn't book back here again. The listing on booking.com was very misleading and next time would be good to know that once you get there you can't go anywhere else due to no transport, as you can't book a taxi and there's no one in reception to help you either. And nothing is walking distance from there.
