The place was available so I booked from Booking.com for 16th Aug. Called the property to speak on the location and during the call they confirmed NO AVAILABILITY specifying there may be some tech error which allowed me to book. Then the person in charge on phone never took my call again. My request to cancel the booking from booking.com is still pending. 16th Aug was a busy day at Munnar and I had to pay more than 2 times to secure a place after the mismanagement of Ayurgem.
