The best hostess ever! It was so easy and pleasant to communicate with her and she went out of her way to take care of every little thing in her easygoing and super friendly manner. The cottages are in a beautiful, quiet rural setting in a lovely village with very kind and friendly people. Incredible sunsets to enjoy from the terrace. Two minutes away, in the village square there's a cafe with the best Cyprus coffee and most pleasant place to spend some time absorbing the atmosphere.

Quite village in good location to access eastern part of Cyprus

Foetini was very nice and helpful, she solved all of our problems, even she was our taxidriver on the first day, till we rented a car. The house is cute, cosy and clean with a beautiful view, and with lots of soace around us. Thanks for all!

Situated in an attractive village and only a short drive from Larnaca Airport, the apartment made an ideal location to start our visit to Cyprus. We had a very warm welcome and the apartment had everything you could want for. Had our itinerary allowed it we would have been happy to stay further nights.

The apartment was just what we hoped - a home of a Cypriot. It was comfortable and spacious. The area quiet and not too far from the main highway for easy access to everywhere.

I loved this roomy property, the host Foteini met me and showed me around even though it was late at night, she was always available for any questions or advice. The location in a small village was ideal, quiet with fantastic views, especially sunsets, from the terrace. Some people might find it remote but it is within 10 minutes to local beaches and a huge supermarket and only 30 minutes from Larnaca, Limassol and Nicosia.

Foteini was an excellent host! Kind, friendly, and always cheerful! The accommodation is in a strategic location, about an hour from all the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus, and is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a long stay. I recommend this accommodation to everyone!

“Well located and quiet place to recharge your batteries”

Location of the accomodation is perfect if you want to explore the island. The privacy of the terasse is nice, we really had everything we needed in the appartment. We could sleep very well each night as it was very quiet. It is located in a small but very charming village, and everything is near few minutes by car (restaurants, beaches, supermarket). So really recommend if you want to have a quiet place to recharge your batteries.

Great village location. Sooooooo very quiet and peaceful. Apartment was very clean with good facilities and very well stocked with everything you might need. Host was easy to get in touch with, welcoming and friendly. And wonderful view and sunsets were magnificent.

Foteini was fantastic . Helped us with early check in and solved everything that needed. Anafotia with nature, hills citrus gardens, granat apple and fig trees in the valley is priceless. And the famous terrace overlooking beautiful vicinity Facilities are old but all things worked as they should . No problem at all with anything. Apartment had all you would need. 20 minutes to airport or 30 minutes to Larnaca with car. 1 hour to Famagusta or Nicosia border crossings . Definitely recommended if you have car and like to be away from the crowds. A bottle of wine, water and juice at arrival adding some perfection to a welcoming stay

“Beautiful place with amazing view”

A lot of privacy. Big terras to start the day in the sun and well stocked kitchen to prepare breakfast and other meals. Foteini was very friendly and she gave us a bottle of wine, water, fruit and left over cake from her sisters birthday😃 The appartment was so clean! We would definitely recommend this place if you want to chill and relax. It is close to lefkara, larnaca and other places worth visiting.

It was the most peaceful and amazing place I've been to. I was blown away by the quiet and relaxed energy. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and we enjoyed cooking and drinking wine on the terrace. The host is so friendly and you could feel her heart in each detail in the apartment. I am already planning my next stay there - close enough to the city and beaches but just far away to get some peace of mind :) I highly recommend booking this place - its a hidden gem.

“Second Time. More than perfect”

This is our second time in Samareitidos Light Cottage, and it was even more perfect than first time. The flat we got is specias and cozy, with a privat terras. All rooms has AC that worked great in the hot summer. The cottage is 13 minutes drive from great beaches, 20 minutes from Larnaca and an hour from various attractions in Cyprus. The kitchen is fully equiped. linens and towels generesly folded with a great smell of laundry. Foteini, the host and owner, is the best host anybody can ask for. Warm, welcoming, friendly but give you the space you need. Tha view from the cottage is amazing all year round. A great tavern, 1 minute walk, Cafe Aman, with great food. Don't hesitate. Call Foteini and go for a great quiet vacation

“Our preferred stay in Cyprus!!”

Where to start? This is a nice appartment with a fantastic terrace, private and a beautiful view. The bed is very comfortable. Good airconditioning. The shower did miss a bit of water pressure but it was not a real problem. The kitchen is very big and has everything you need. The terrace is large and private. The place was clean and tidy. The little town is lovely, very quiet and authentic. If you want action and nightlife, don't go there, if you want peace and quiet by all means, go! The host Foteini is a ray of light, she was so welcoming, she had to wait for us since we had 3 hr delay... welcomed us with some sandwiches, snacks and wine and we got some ice cold beers. Of all the places we stayed in Cyprus this was the most precious to us, the location, the setting, the welcome, everything! We wanted to go back there. This was such a good place to stay. Don't hesitate, book it! ;-)

“Excellent stay with a great host”

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with a private terrace. It has a very big kitchen, equiped with everything you may need, an office / hallway (very useful, as my husband worked in the mornings), a spacious bedroom and a private bathroom. You can see superbe sunsets from the terraces, where you can also lounge with a cup of coffeeor a glass of wine. I must mention Foteini, who was a wonderful host, very nice and helpful.

The owner is very nice and was waiting for us in the appartment, showed us everything in the appartment. The appartment is fully equiped so you can find there everything that you need. And everything was clean. It is located in the quiet area, close to fruit gardens, fields and small hills. In the village there are also 2 small shops which is convininient if you need to do fast shopping. There is also a bus coming to the village. The building is close to the airport if you want to use a rented car - it is about 20 mins drive.
