“Think twice”
I booked one night with breakfast but at time of arrival they denied the breakfast was included. When I told them I'll call booking.com, they gave me 10% discount on the diner.

“Good except for lack of breakfast.”
The hotel was very well appointed but the location next to the Georgian Military Highway meant it was noisy all night. Dinner was excellent but breakfast (which was included in the price) was not served until after 10am so we missed out on that as wanted to be on our way.
