Since Pine Brooke was full i got a room in Grand Heritage Resort ( same owner ) The Room was cozy, and clean Amirbhai was very friendly and accomodation Property also serves delicious snacks and food Very nice and friebdly staff too Located near the River Great Value for money

This was my first time at a homestay, and I have come back with a very good experience, and a much higher urge to stay at a homestay again! I stayed at Pine Brook Pahalgam for 1 day, and it was a wonderful experience.

“Basic but clean”

“Great budget place to stay with lively & supportive host”
Location was close to the Lidder river bank (2 min by walk), it was little away from the main city center but that is what we wanted - away from the hustle and bustle. The pictures of the room were like the actual. The access to the hotel is bit interior (most budget places would be like that) but that is how many hotels are in Pahalgam. Breakfast is basic but with a 5 mins walk there are places to eat breakfast/lunch/ dinner. The manager and the entire staff were superb and took care of our family - they also arranged for our local sightseeing in Pahalgam at the Union rates (with no additional charges). We had dinner at the hotel on the night of arrival as we got late - the hotel prepared the same, which was very nice of them.

We stayed at Hotel Pine Brooke Pahalgam for one night. While it's a budget-friendly option, the facilities were surprisingly good and comparable to other hotels in the area. It was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend considering it to experience their excellent hospitality.
