The property is beautifully clean and was perfect for our group booking out the whole villa. Perfect location short walk to beach to shops and restaurants. Our host was amazing and happy to help with anything we needed when requested.

“We enjoyed every minute of our stay.”
The location was ideal, being just a few minutes to the beach, restaurants, a coffee shop/roastery , convenience stores and taxis. In fact just about anything required but still retaining a delightful beachside village atmosphere. Our accommodation was on the first floor, so got the sea breeze to the great balcony at the rear with table and chairs. The room and bathroom was very comfortable for a couple and was well serviced including drinking water. Excellent value. We will definitely stay again. Vietnam is the best!

The staff was so kindly and helpsom with everything, Quy was the contact person, and she will help you with everything, a very kindly person, and she speak good English. Lama home stay, 100 m from the beach, 100 m to good restaurants and supermarked. Everything perfect.

“Excellent accommodation”
The owner and her staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. We were given water and toilet paper and clean towels everyday, the owner brought us coffee and tea. The accommodation was excellent, really clean and comfortable with air-conditioning and hot shower. The pool was always clean and refreshing after a hot day. The accommodation is in easy reach to the beach and shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again. Absolutely amazing place and staff

“Affordable Villa very close to the beach.”
Location is great. 1 min and you’re in the sea. Very affordable accommodation that would be great for a family group to stay in all 4 rooms. We only stayed for one night on the ground floor. The room was clean & neat with a very comfy bed.

“Amazing stay”
Lama beach villa, located around a 3 minute walk from the nicest beach in the area of hoi an. I could not recommend this place enough. The bed was the comfiest I’ve experienced in Asia after travelling for a fair while. The room was clean, the staff were so friendly and helped us with our transfer to da nang. Can I say they gave us the cheapest rates after looking for around a day and contacting a few companies for transfers. No complaints at all, for the price the convenience, the location, the staff and most of all how well kept the property is. Book it up when in the area. Well done guys!

Small, only four villas with a lovely plunge pool, 100 metres from the beach. Lovely large room, comfortable bed and warmly welcomed by Rose. Although it was fully booked we always had pool to ourselves and rarely saw other guests. Excellent family run restaurant next door. Better than the photos.

Nice clean room, extremely comfortable bed , Room cleaned everyday, and 2 bottles of water. Plenty of hot water in shower and a hairdryer. Rose was so helpful and kind, she arranged trips and cars for us and was always happy to answer any questions, a really lovely lady. Great location close to beach and restaurants. Excellent value for money.

The location is perfect by the beach. The host Rose is amazing and truly helped make our stay, she was able to give us the best tips and spots to go to. She was so friendly aswell. The room is great value for what we paid and is kept clean ect.
