The home was gorgeous, clean and had lots of cute little touches that made it homely and beautiful. Hua our host was so lovely and it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Will be back again one day for sure. Also the day bed in the backyard with the fairy lights was an absolute dream :)

Lovely place

Everything was perfect! The beach is literally 1 min walking and there is a related cafe/restaurant (with the same name) with free sunbeds and umbrellas that also serves delicious food and coffee. The host and staff were very nice and helpful. We had the room with seaview and it was absolutely worth it.

This is a MUST BEEN location!! Really nice warm family people who always want to help you to have a great time!! The food is really good at a incredible beautiful location at the beach! Don't doubt just do it and have a fantastic time here!!! :) We really hope to come back in the future!!

This is my second review because we extended our stay here, this is how good this place was: When you go to see new places, with some of the places you develop a connection. Sometimes it is because of the people there, sometimes it's the landscapes, sometimes it's the food. We've been lucky that at Seascape we got all of them. Tucked in a serene part of Hoi An, we couldn't have asked for a better place. Getting up early in the morning to literally stroll to the beach in front and taking a dip in the sea that stretches out in front of you is something to be grateful for. We've spent hours just sitting at their cosy restaurant to stare at the sea in front of us. The generous people here serving us food so good that we stopped going around. The small touches they put to our food would just warm us up (thanks for the cactus leaves in my smoothies!). But none of it comes close to the friendliness and the generosity of the family that hosted us here. To see their smiling faces everyday and their cute kids running around made us feel that we belong in Hoi An. So do yourself a favour and stay here for as long as you can.

“The best part of our visit to Vietnam”

My husband and I stayed for 4 days initially but we loved it so much we booked a further 2 days before continuing our travels. It is simply the best place to stay if you visit Hoi An. It is on the beach and about 10 mins taxi from Hoi An. Qua and her sisters and parents do a fabulous job at making everything do perfect. We loved An Bang Sea Scape Homestay

“Paradise”

Top class venue -New build and very clean - tucked away from main party streets and places so quiet at night -amazing interior decor , very soothing and calm - paying a bit extra for the king room with sea view and balcony is worth it!! -complementary water -fantastic host that exchanged WhatsApp numbers with and we contacted them whenever we needed something and they replied instantly. -has a beachfront restaurant attached to it, which has amazing food, smoothies, a set menu for breakfast. - private area in sea cornered off for swimming, so unless you’ve booked with them you can’t swim there hence very quiet and scenic place.

Really nice room in a lovely area. The lady who greeted me was a star! I was quite badly sunburned and she got me some aloe vera plants in chilled water to rub on the burns which really helped. She also helped me add more data to my Vietnamese sim and just added it to the bill. She couldn’t have been more helpful. She also made me a lemonade as a welcome gift. You wouldn’t get service like that in the uk.

Location right on An Bang beach. Great restaurant attached to the hotel. Very affordable honestly. Clean, lovely rooms, staff were very helpful and friendly Plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Can’t fault this homestay.

“My new favorite of An Bang”

It's a great family suite with 1 bedroom and kitchen + seating area. The kitchen is fully and newly equipped, great to cook a meal for the kids during hot summer noon. The quality of the place, both outside and inside our room surprised me, it looks better than the photos. Location is right behind their own breach font restaurant, where you can have direct access to beach and free use of sunbed and bean bags. Will difinitely come back, with more friends and family.

“Perfect garden view room near the sea”

An Bang Seascape has a perfect location that is very close to the beach. It is connected to their beachfront restaurant by a few steps. The restaurant offers included breakfast and also tasty paid meals with a menu. The host is friendly and nice which makes us feel at home. The room has a large and beautiful garden in front, our favorite spot to hang out. You don't need to search for beachfront rooms which cost much more, this is more than enough. Also, it's very very new and clean.

“Absolutely perfect”

Absolutely loved our stay here. The family are lovely and super helpful with anything you need. They made and ate dinner with us on our last night and were always super friendly. The included breakfast is delicious and the lunch, dinner and drinks are also great. The location is amazing with it being right on the beach (with free beach chairs) and a cycle or short taxi ride into Hoi An old town. Would definitely stay here again.
