“The stay was comfortable”

“Good location, comfortable and spacious for a family”
This property is very nice, 10 mins away from central station via bus which is just a minute walk and most tourist locations via bus/tram. The place is clean and spacious. Has free baggage storage lockers which came very handy on our day of check out as our train was later in the evening. The room I booked was very comfortable and spacious for a family of 3-4.

“Having no reception in the building makes it difficult to resolve problems.”
Room on floor 2 was OK, but two massive roof support beams intruded just at the end of the bed which you had to be careful not to walk into at night to use the bathroom

The App was brilliant, no staff, all automated, freedom to access esential closet, very quiet, lovely atmosphere with small children. Exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in lots of cities, hotels and self catering. This was my clear favourite.

The location is good, 4 stops on the bus from the Central.Station. Check in and check out is straight forward. Coffee, teas were good. Also, was good to have shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
