“Beautiful authentic canal apartment with amazing canal view”

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. Our host Eric was fantastic and made us feel like part of the family the moment we arrived. Loved the location as it is right in the centre of all the sites we wanted to visit. The apartment itself is beautiful with plenty of space and right opposite a canal where we got to watch the boats go by and the hustle and bustle of daily life from the balcony. Does have narrow stairways to access the apartment, however, this is typical for these original canal apartments, though for us, it just made the stay even more authentic. Would 100% stay here again.

Property was in an excellent location with great views of the canal from the balcony. The host was friendly and accommodated an early check-in which was great given we arrived after 24hrs of travelling. The kitchen was well set up and the bottle of wine and snacks were also a nice touch.

“Wonderful location to base your Amsterdam break”

Great location on Prinsengracht - right on the canal and close to cafe’s and the tram. And most attractions (like Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Dam Square)are in walking distance. Eric was a wonderful host with clear easy instructions to meet up, and helpful with any questions thru our stay. Thoroughly recommended.

Eric's apartment was perfect in every way. Location, comfort, access to restaurants and transport, fabulous view and Eric was the perfect host. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks and immediately felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here.

What a beautiful and charming apartment and the location was fantastic! The balcony was amazing with a view of the canals that would be hard to beat. We had a lovely stay here, Eric was so welcoming and gave us some great tips for things to do. The apartment had everything we needed and more, we were sad to leave and can’t wait to go back!

This is a very comfortable apartment, which has everything. The building dates back to the 1600s, beautiful historic site, and perfect location in quite canal street. Eric, the owner, gives you a friendly welcome and offers you good advice and information. Very, very good for everything.

We loved staying here. Eric was so welcoming and helpful and the apartment was so cosy- we loved staying in an authentic canal house. There was a little balcony to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the world go by. It was also very central but still peaceful at night.
