Overview
Hotel Museumzicht is situated on the upper floors of a 19th century Art nouveau mansion. From the breakfast room you have a unique view of the Rijksmuseum, a 3-minute walk away. The original tiles and furnishings of the rooms are combined with modern box-spring beds and free Wi-Fi. Most rooms have a shared bathroom in the hallway on the same floor. The Museum Square with the famous Van Gogh Museum is less than a 5-minute walk away. The Museumplein tram stop is located 100 meters from your doorstep and offers connections to Amsterdam Central Station, the RAI and the World Trade Centre. From the Airport bus 397 brings you in 25 minutes to our hotel.

The location is excellent—very central and easy to reach by tram from the main station. The rooms were clean, and the common area is beautiful and well-furnished. We also appreciated the free coffee and tea, as well as the selection of board games.

The hotel's location is 10/10. One of the best in Amsterdam. You can do all the sightseeing on foot. I didn't need to use transportation for anything. Everything is around the hotel.

The location was perfect. Just around the corner is a bus direct to airport, lots of museums near by and a 15 min walk into the centre of the city. There are also lots of lovely parks near by.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Ohne is lovely as are all his colleagues. Bed, duvets, and pillows are fabulous. Location is great -- super close to tram lines and Rijksmuseum. Good restaurants within walking distance.

The location was fantastic, and the table by the window in the dining hall was a highlight. Having tea surrounded by cute antiques felt incredibly cozy and special.

“Awesome stay, loved it!”
Amazing place! I don't understand why it's so cheap, i thought it's a mistake. Excellent location close to city center, the while place has such an authentic vibe and is maintained superbly. You can feel that you are in a historical building with a soul and a beating heart! The breakfast room looks like a fairy-tale, like you stopped for tea with some high ranking merchant in the 1700s. Free delicious coffee and tea anytime is a really nice touch!! The room itself was a big surprise - very spacious by Ams standards. Super clean and very cozy, large window, the bed was so comfy and no noise coming from outside. Compliments to the housekeeping staff, and the really nice Croatian lady who checked me in - lovely experience. Can't wait to be back.

Perfect location near the museums , tram and airport bus stops. Very clean . Excellent rooms and breakfast. Coffee available all day . Really friendly and helpful staff. I was unwell for a little while and they really looked after me-thank you:)

Cozy place. Rooms and washrooms are small, but everything is very clean and the location is great and it's a good option in terms of quality-price. Staff is amazing. They gave me great recommendations about the city, and they are quite friendly.
