Not a lot, the location was fairly decent close to Amsterdam central and some key locations but that is all it has to offer

The location was great, it is very near to the central station. The room itself was average, quite small but perfect if you are thinking on enjoy the city and use it just for sleep.

Good location and clean rooms - good for a few days only.

No elevator not advisable for big luggages narrow stairs

Near everything within walking distance of dam square and red light district

Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel on 23jan to 25 jan. My experience was entirely unacceptable and fell far below the standard advertised. Upon arrival, I discovered the following issues: Sanitation: The room was in an unhygienic condition with significant amounts of dust. Safety & Environment: There were work materials left on the premises and constant, excessive noise that made it impossible to stay. Misrepresentation: The property was not as advertised, as it appeared to be an active construction site rather than a functional hotel. Due to these conditions, we were forced to leave and find alternative accommodation at our own expense. Furthermore, we were treated poorly by your staff when we raised these concerns. Although a team member promised a refund for one night of our two-night stay, this has not been returned to my account. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with "reasonable care and skill" and match their description. Given that the room was uninhabitable, I am requesting a full refund for both nights. I have attached [Photos/Videos/Receipts] as evidence of the room's condition and my alternative booking. I look forward to your response and confirmation of the refund within 14 days. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to my Credit Card Provider for a chargeback

“Book it for Saturday 24th went to hotel checked in got to room double bed didn't evan stay there”

I didn't like it i traveled with a friend as I have done previously we booked at bunk bed room and when we got there was told we booked a double room which we definitely didn't told us there is no other rooms available and we will give u a extra blanket instead of sorting the problem told me they only had a room in the hotel opposite which was over 200euro for the one night I ended up finding an alternative accommodation for around 140euro for the night at my own expense tried to contact cs hotel and we never stayed in the room top floor door straight in front of you I believe room 52 the window don't evan close lil bit of wind and it just flys back open they have put a chain on the window so it doesn't fly all the way open

The hotel is 5 months walk away from the train station. Very central and close to bars and restaurants. Our room had its own bathroom and toilet which was very appreciated.
