“Very relaxed stay there and lovely that there was a little garden.”

The room was located next to the garden which was perfect. Staff extremely helpful. Room was very comfortable and had ironing board and everything needed. I did not have breakfast as was at a converence where breakfast buffet was, but it looked extremely good. As well as kettle tea coffee etc in room there was a drinks machine and a proper coffee machine that you could help yourself too. Location was perfect for the conference and I would highly recommend this hotel.

“Cool Place and Nice service”

Very close to the metro station and tram station in a very cool spot of the city

Terrible customer service and an incredibly hostile attitude. The room looked nothing like the pictures online; it felt more like a damp basement storage room. Half of the room had a slanted, low ceiling with half the normal height, making it impossible to move around on one side of the bed. The constant dampness was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a health hazard. When we tried to address these issues with the receptionist, she cut us off and became angry before we could even finish. We will definitely not be returning.

LOVED the staff they were so kind and accommodating the entire stay. If we needed any extra cutlery etc they were always there to help since the lobby is open 24/7. Comfy beds, lots of mirrors, good amenities. The staff cleaned our rooms daily so the place was spotless! And I loved the location it was really close to the metro, supermarket and artis zoo.

We mixed up the nights🫢 so the manager didn’t care about us. Our effort through booking.com and phone calls to reception din’t matter to the manager. The receptionist tried his best but the manager refused any option for us. Having said that it was totally 100% my fault about the dates.

Staff was friendly, but did not tell to costaff that we had extension. Never take breakfast. Too expensive. Just go to supermarket around the corner and you get 3x cheaper, cofee is also available there.

Some of the staff especially a man on the day we checked out in front of my daughter tried to get in my face and intimidate me with physical actions. Puffing his chest out getting in my space trying to make me feel terrible in front of my child. He tried to charge 25 euro for two bowels of cornflakes which we didn’t eat in the breakfast bar as we had missed the time. We had breakfast twice and offered to pay for this as we felt 25 euro for cornflakes was a bit steep. He flat out refused to take my money and again threatened police or worse. I asked to speak with the manager again this was refused. Really bad experience and I have followed up with legal advice on this. Total bill Would have been 75 euro all in for 2 days of minimum breakfast which I would one no issues paying but 25 euro was too much and no negotiation no talking just the staff member acting like a bully.

Friendly, courteous & professional staff. Good facilities. Location is 3 mins walk from the metro and a 10 min walk to Freidriksplein. Comfortable bed, good size room.
