“Nice hotel in a great spot but don't expect the hotel staff to be flexible to your needs”
The location on the Prinsengracht can't be beaten. It's close to everything, including many dining options, a lively night life scene with the theatres only a few blocks away. The hotel itself was great. The room wasn't overly large but nicely decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable, with a TV popping out from an encliosure at the foot end of the bed. The bathroom was modern and luxurious. The windows have shutters which, even on a Saturday, block out the noise from the street. Looking out from the window from our room was De Prinsengracht, which was a nice touch, being so close to the gracht and its iconic buildings.
