A very pleasant apartment — cozy, clean, and warm, you immediately feel comfortable. There were no issues during the stay. I would especially like to mention the host — Jan is a very polite and friendly person, everything went smoothly and easily. The location is excellent: it’s convenient to get to different parts of the city. The room is quiet and faces the courtyard, so there is no street noise — perfect for resting and getting a good night’s sleep. I highly recommend it!

Yan is a very welcoming host who respects your privacy. The room has everything you might need, including a sink, kettle, and dishes. The toilet is shared, but it's located close to your room door. The building is located on the banks of a canal and it is so picturesque. All the city's main points are close as well.

A lovely cosy room with all the amenities we needed! A nice place to come back to after a long day out. Yan couldn’t have been a better host!

For a very good price the location was amazing and the host was super friendly and accommodating! The balcony and sink made the room very comfortable. Sharing a bathroom was not an issue.

The room is located in an authentic Dutch apartment, in the center of Amsterdam, but in a very quiet place.The description of the accommodation on the website corresponds to reality. The main famous places and museums can be reached on foot in 20 minutes at a leisurely pace. The owner of the apartment Yan is very attentive and caring to the guests. Recommended.

Our cozy room was extremely central to all of the areas of central Amsterdam and our host was very helpful and accommodating! We were met on our checkin and farewelled on our departure.. a wonderful Bed and Breakfast type experience.
