“A great base for exploring Amsterdam and still getting good sleep.”

The appartment has everything you need for a comfortable short stay. It‘s located in a quiet neighborhood and is a comfortable walk through a park away from a Metro station two stops from the main station. The room is quite newly renovated, everything feels fresh and carefully selected. Although the Economy Room is not big, the beds are a good size and very comfortable. There is storage for clothes, a seating area, dishes and cutlery so you could eat something in the appartment, and proper cleaning supplies and towels for washing your dishes. The bathroom is nice and roomy and comes with two towels per person plus an extra hand towel, which I always appreciate. The check-in process was very easy and the hosts readily supplied all the infos we needed. We were greeted warmly by Frans on our first day and had a lovely stay.

Frans and Ellen were great hosts. They gave us clear instructions to arrive smoothly and autonomously to the room. The room was very cozy, with a good warming system and spacy enough for two people. It was easily connected to public transport stations as well.

It was private and quiet. The room was very clean, and the proprietor was extremely helpful and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay very much!

The room was cosy and had everything we needed. The central station was easily reachable by bus and metro. The area was nice and quiet. Host was friendly!

The location is pretty good. Even though it is not located in downtown, it takes only two stops by metro. The room is clean, quiet, spacious and the host Frans was a nice guy.

“Very homely and peaceful stay.”

The location is outside of central Amsterdam - the advantage is that it is peaceful, it does however require a commute for restaurants, museums etc.

Really lovely. The room was clean and tidy. Garden was a bonus. Super easy to get into Amsterdam on the metro.

Wonderfully decorated room with all of the amenities. Also spotless! And the beds were so comfy! Away from the hustle and hustle, but easy to get public transport . And the garden is very private. A brilliant place to stay. Before arrival, the host sent very clear travel and check in instructions which made it so easy to get there and get in.

Very roomy property with a lovely courtyard. Bus stop at the door and short walk to a supermarket. Well away from the busy tourist area but only 20mins by public transport to the city. Price was very reasonable.

Cozy little flat! The owner was very friendly and the place is really nicely decorated. Everything was clean and tidy. Easy self-check-in with a digital code. Free parking spaces all around the neighbourhood (we had to park a bit further though as there was no free space in front of the building).

“I loved my stay”

The decoration is so harmonically integrated to the place that you don't notice at first, but every detail (even in the bathroom) was planned. Is a welcoming place to stay, is spacious, is clean, has good towels, coffee saches. The host is very friendly and answer fast to questions. In the room I stayed there was a garden, and you listened to birds in the morning. I loved.

“Amazing Place to LIVE Amsterdam”

Simply Excellent. The room is comfortable, clean and well-stocked. The area is quiet and peaceful, the park in front of the room is pretty and relaxing. Frans, always smiling, is very kind and satisfying requests. Exceptional location, bus stop a few meters away (about 50) and from there Noord station 2 minutes by bus (10/15 on foot, a walk I recommend). There is a well-stocked shopping area that can be reached in 10 minutes. All very nice, we will be back. Thank you

Absolutely beautiful place, having the garden aswell was amazing, close to the metro aswell so travelling into the centre was easy. The hosts were fantastic, loved everything about this room. Had everything you needed for a few days stay, spotlessly clean, so relaxing, couldn't of asked for a better stay.
