It is situated in a very peaceful and beautiful waterside street in north Amsterdam. The location extremely well by bus 35 which connects to the line M52 of the Metro with the 1st stop being Amsterdam Centraal. The journey only takes around 15 minutes. The property is very comfortable. Paul , the host gave us some great tips on arrival and the use of bicycles is included.

Really lovely and rustic place to stay. We had everything we needed, and once we understood how to use public transport, it was so easy to get in and out of the city. Loved the bikes that Paul had available. The facilities were great and Paul was a fantastic host.

Friendly Host, nice apartment

Paul was great, the accomodation met all our needs. He also let us use the bikes, which were great for getting in and out of town

The apartment is on the first floor of the house with a little garden at the back. The house is in very quiet and fills safety neiberhood. The kitchen is big and well equipped. There is a coffee machine and a coffee capsules. The owner is very kind and helpful. The are plenty of parking space.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Paul’s property in Amsterdam! The property itself is good– immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The location is good , nestled in a charming and quiet neighborhood but still within easy reach of the city's main attractions. Public transport is conveniently close, making it easy to explore Amsterdam. Paul’s attention to detail truly made a difference. He specially came to explain us the area and what all we can explore during our stay. Communication with Paul was seamless throughout our stay, and he was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, staying at Paul’s property made my trip to Amsterdam even more memorable. The location was fabulous. A lovely quiet are of Amsterdam but still easy to get to the city centre

The host is really nice and polite. ☺️ He shared with us what is really interesting to visit and where are good restaurants.

The apartment is very pleasant. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment consists of a studio kitchen and a separate room. The apartment is located in a very quiet place, near a wonderful lake. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for housing. Kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, dishes and everything you need. Heating is regulated individually. Parking is free near the house. The apartments are perfectly clean. The owner Paul is a very kind and helpful person, fully explained about transportation and all attractions. He lives on the top floor and is available at any time for any help. It is 20 min to the central train station (bus and metro). Cab to the station - 16 - 17 eur. Paul, thank you very much for everything. We will definitely come back. Your place is very nice. “Comfortable stay with nice location outside central Amsterdam”

We liked the fact that is was a bit outside the city centre, the commute into central Amsterdam was not a hassle and the bus stop is 5 min walking distance form the property. There is a river next to the property and nice routes to go jogging is that is your thing to do. The host was also very accommodating and showed us all the biking bits and bops should we wish to have the full Amsterdam experience.
