“Good stay :)”
The location is good and convenient, with tram and metro stations nearby within a 5-min walk. The facility is also clean, and the staff is friendly. The self check in and check out process is simple, easy and quick. Nice hotel stay overall :)

“Excellent location”
Central but quiet location. Easy to walk to all the attractions but also close to metro and tram for easy links across the city. Room was small as described but perfectly adequate for our stay. Room was clean and comfortable

“I will not stay again”
The breakfast was okay. Location was good, the staff were not so friendly, with the exception of the bartender, who I believe was new, however very customer focus unlike the front desk staff and a few of the breakfast staff.

It had a massive variety of options to choose from. It catered to my dietary needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The different food stations were well spaced. Seating arrangements was spacious.
