“Central but pretty noisy”
The location is very central but it is very noisy as it is on a canal in the red light district and the windows are not double glazed. The rooms are clean but very small.

The customer service we received here was amazing! We felt very looked after, we had a floor on the ground floor and it was very spacious. The location of the property was its greatest asset we were able to walk to any where we fancied around the city centre and were extremely close to the central station which made for very easy transport. Very great value for money.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station and near the main tourist area, downstairs tea/coffee making facilities and water available which was nice also special thanks to mo at reception he genuinely makes you feel welcome and takes good care of his guests

Excellent central location and very helpful staff. Luggage storage on last day. It’s a bit tired and basic but fine for a one night stay before getting train home.

Central, clean, free tea, coffee and fruit and the cat!. I was surprised how quiet it was. Very good sleep. Staff were great. Nice lounge downstairs. I wasn't going to try the shared shower...glad I did! Best shower I've had in a while...rain shower head plus regular and water as hot as you like.
