Overview
This unique hotel offers modern rooms with mood lighting, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with free on-demand films. CitizenM Amsterdam South includes designer lounges and is 750 metres from the RAI Conference Centre. Each room at citizenM Amsterdam South has wall-to-wall windows and an extra-large bed with luxurious linen. With the room iPad, or the free citizenM app, all guests can control room lights, black-out blinds, curtains, temperature, as well as TV and radio channels. They can also stream from their own Netflix, Prime or Disney+ accounts (and many others), by connecting their phone, tablet or laptop to the TV via Chromecast (at no extra charge). The bathroom facilities consist of a transparent pod with a rain shower in the room. Amsterdam Zuid Railway Station is a 5-minute walk from citizenM hotel. The Prinses Irenestraat tram stop is only 130 metres from the hotel. It offers direct connections to the city centre including Dam Square in 25 minutes and Central Station in 30 minutes. In the many living rooms at the hotel guests can make use of iMac computers and free printing facilities. Each of these rooms features a different ambiance suitable for working, relaxing or meeting with friends. Sandwiches, sushi and warm meals are available at canteenM. Freshly prepared coffee is also served by the in-house baristas. During the evening guests can enjoy exotic cocktails, draught beers and champagne at the bar. An breakfast buffet is available each morning at the property.

“Another great stay”
I’ve stayed here a few times before and would return again. Perfect location for getting around Amsterdam. Nice clean hotel equipped with toiletries and the 24 hour food availability is great. Staff were lovely and service was great as always. We will be back.

Location is great, 7 minutes ride from Schipol Airport to Station Zuid, and just 5 minutes walk to the Hotel.Trams 5 and 25 right across the street, so you're in city center in 10 minutes.The guys keep your luggage before or after check in or out, to go explore. Great place to stay. Zuid area very modern and leafy.

I loved the option to choose between a room with a street or garden view, the room was comfy but tiny. All of the facilities were clean and available and I love how simple everything was to use. Also, the breakfast is great!

This Citizen M hotel is a step down from the other hotels I've stayed at (Chicago, LA, NYC..) The staff was friendly but completely overwhelmed, and the room amenities were below par... In short, it was disappointing, and I don't think I'll book with this hotel chain again in the future. It's a real issue when it comes to value for money.

“Expensive for what you get!”
I paid over 200 euros per night and still I had to ask for my room to get cleaned. The guests need to request cleaning at the latest by 4pm the previous day. What’s this policy??? Unacceptable! It was a negative surprise! The staff were really friendly and helpful :-) The hotel is beautiful but it’s very expensive for what you get!

“Not worth the money”
The room layout with open toilet and shower, also coffee and tea are on paid basis. Thats ridiculous for a hotel charging upwards of 220€ per night minimum

Room is perfect for two people in a short stay. Breakfast full of options, and location was great, near to tram, metro and train stops.
