We felt very well in our apartment. It has everything we needed and the ladies at the reception are very friendly. The hotel is very close to Sloterdijk train station, from where it's possible to travel fast to the city centre.

I have travelled to Amsterdam for work multiple times now, and on all four occasions I have stayed at Citadines Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station. I keep coming back because it genuinely feels like living in a proper apartment rather than a hotel. The apartment-style layout is excellent for longer stays: a full-size wardrobe, a large and comfortable bathroom, a proper kitchen (not just a kitchenette), a separate lounge area, and a big TV. When you are staying for over four weeks, these details make a huge difference and truly make it feel like home. What really sets this property apart, however, is the front desk staff. The service is exemplary. Daniela, Souad, and Elisa were all wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions — even helping me find better and cheaper rates by comparing booking sites. During my stay, when my daughter and I fell sick, the team took exceptional care of us by providing ginger, lemon, and various teas, ensuring we were comfortable and looked after. They showed genuine care not just to me, but also to my daughter and her friend, who stayed at the same hotel during a separate trip. The location is another big plus — being so close to Sloterdijk Station makes commuting extremely convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for long stays. It’s rare to find a place that combines excellent facilities, a great location, and such warm, thoughtful service. I will continue to choose Citadines Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station whenever I am in Amsterdam.

It was clean, it is exactly like in the pictures. It was close to public transport (train, subway, bus). The personal at the reception was very helpful and nice. There is a storage room where you can find towels, sheets, capsules for dishwasher, etc. the soap and shower gel can be received from reception. There is a small supermarket close by. The deposit of 100 euro was received the next day after check out.

5 mins (1 train stop) to the Amsterdam center. It's extremely convenient. 2 train stops (10 mins) to the airport. I was able to order breakfast , but it's convenient, because I could pay on the spot, and if I didn't feel like having breakfast, I didn't feel obligated to go because I've paid. Also the room was prepared for me and my boyfriend's anniversary, it was so lovely and sweet, they didn't have to, but it's an absolutely amazing touch additional 🤩 Honestly, I will recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely stay there next time I visit Amsterdam 💕

* Very good privacy. They clean the room only once a week and there is a possibility to ask to clean only when I'm present at the room. * Very good heating system. It was a very warm room, very comfortable and cosy. * Relatively big fridge and a freezer. That was crucial for me. It was a great stay, I enjoyed it. Everything is very comfortable and convenient for staying for long.

“A good place to stay for your holiday in Amsterdam”

The apartment is very close to train and metro station ( 5 minutes walk). From Schiphol Airport is a 10 minutes ride and you don't need a taxi or to rent a car. To Amsterdam Centraal is a 7 minute ride by train. The apatment is nice, with comfortable bed, a coffee machine, refrigerator, iron and hairdryer. Also it has a small kitchen, with oven, dishwasher machine. It is very clean and the bathroom has a walk in shower. Arround there are restaurants and close to the train station is a minimarket opened until midnight. The aparthotel offer breakfast, a gym and a parking (16,5 euros/day). If you plan to go visit other cities (Rotterdam, Hague,) there are direct trains fron Sloterdijk Station.

“Comfortable for a long stay!”

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The room is decorated elegantly. The bed was comfortable. There are blockout curtains and no noise comes in from the outside. The kitchen is equipped well enough for a longer stay: small fridge, kettle, oven and microwave, stovetop, enough cutlery and dishes. The gym on the property is always clean and is equipped well enough with basic equipment. The location is super: close enough to the train station, busses, trams, and shops. Very easy to get around Amsterdam from here. Absolutely suitable for someone staying in Amsterdam for a few weeks for work!
