“Effortless luxury & amazing service”

The hotel is beautifully styled & decorated and situated on a lovely street in Amsterdam. The room was a nice size and very comfortable. The service was great. The breakfast was delicious. And a shout out to Owen for the impromptu photo shoot!

I was in room 21, an Exceptional room. It was huge, about 25 by 12. Large, large windows facing the canal. Melody (spelling) was wonderful. Could not do enough. Remember, this is an old canal house. Hard to keep up everything. But most of the house was in fabulous condition. An excellent choice.

Location of hotel on the canal and proximity to the majority of attractions is good.

While there was a control panel for air conditioning in the room it was not working and I was advised that it has been broken for some time. The room was extremely hot, unbearable to be exact. The staff brought a fan, but that only moved the hot air around and did not provide any relief. I hardly slept for the two nights I was there and deeply disappointed.

Stylish. Individual. Friendly and professional staff. Great location and beautiful garden at the back V good selection of drinks at bar, and breakfast was v good too.

Friendly, welcoming staff who accommodated all requests and queries. The room was clean, modern and soundproof. We don’t have breakfast but it looked amazing! Superb location to mooch round Amsterdam or jump the train / tube to other areas.

Absolutely great location, warm welcoming staff, beautiful building and room! Breakfast was really good and varied. Our room was in the garden side of the building and even with the window open it was really quiet- even on a lovely Friday night.
