“The most beautiful i had been!”

The apartment is perfect! The garden with ducks, fishes whaoooo! The location as well is ideal. If one day i plan to visit Amsterdam again i will come back to this apartment. The owner super polite and makes me feel very welkome. All super clean and very luxe. Excellent!!!

Very nice appartment, with a very nice terrasse connecting to a small canal. Excellent for relaxation in the morning, and evening. Apprx 30 mins bike trip to the city, which was very nice to do with the family. 20 mins with the tram.

“Perfect and calm place”

The house is beautiful and the garden is a peaceful place, absolutely fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they helped us with transfers to attractions and responded promptly, lovely people! The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The only downside is that there is no stove, but as we were informed this is a Dutch rule for short-term rentals. However, there is a microwave, fridge, kettle and an egg cooker, so you can get by without any problems. There is a large supermarket and the tram is a short walk away, the location is great and quiet!

Very pleasant stay with a very nice owner. House has a free parking space right in front of the house which is very practical or if you have an electric vehicle you can charge your car at a city terminal about ten meters from the house. Very beautiful house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the canal, there is a small lounge on the terrace where you can sit with friends that I particularly liked especially at night. Very quiet and peaceful area where there is a park right next door where you can walk your dog. To do again with pleasure

“Nice couple days in Amsterdam with kids and dogs”

Nice place to stay for a couple of days in Amsterdam. 15 min walk from a train station. 35min from center. Very nice owner who helped us first day to find a good place for a dinner. Dogs friendly. A duck family with small ones lives right next to the house.

The terrace is the jewellery of this apartment, spacious and just by a canal. We also liked the side location of the apartment compared with the city center, as we could park nearby.

Very spacy, very friendly owner. Very good alternative for hotel or when travelling with family or several people. Far more space than in hotel. Garden borders on water front, which is nice in spring, summer or early autumn.

Free parking space was very convenient. You can leave your car to public transportation carpark and travel to city center easily. There are available restaurants, markets and shops close to apartment. We stayed in christmas time and it will be definitely more enjoyable in spring and summer to use garden opening to cannal.

The owner was very amicable and Nice. She answered all of our questions. The flat was clean and cosy and the view of the canal is a ++. Close to the tram 👍🏽 We will Come back here next Time for sure !!

“Very special place to stay in Amsterdam!”

A very good place to stay in Amsterdam a quiet neighborhood with something that it really unique - a tarrace at a canal with wildlife to admire! Perfect for afternoon relaxing. The owner is super friendly and just so nice to talk to! We stayed there two nights, but it felt like mini holidays. Plus there is place for a car, which is something in any city, not to mention Amsterdam.

The canal at the end of the garden and the proximity to the shops and the tram into the city were perfect.

Pleasant, quiet location, garden with steps down to canal with lovely wildlife. Spacious lounge/bedroom with cool, very natural furnishings. Marisca was very welcoming & even gave us a bottle of wine 10 minute walk to tram station & supermarket

The appartement was great and exactly as described. Really calm in front of the water. It was clean. Mariska was really helpful and answered quickly to all our messages.
