Such a unique experience that we will have lasting memories of! Ruud is a very welcoming host and his property is beautifully thought out and in the most amazing location. Comfortable, clean, spacious and with many mod cons that make it a truly memorable stay. Walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants and very close and easily accessible to Amsterdam centraal train station.

Communication fantastic. The boat was kitted out with all the high tech gadgets to provide a lovely stay. Eco friendly environment and such a lovely chilled vibe.

Ruud was a wonderful host and the accommodation was amazing. We had a warm welcome on arrival and Ruud showed us through the boat and how to use everything. It was warm and cozy, with some lovely extra touches including extra towels, welcome drinks, nuts, olives etc that were very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would love to stay again in future. It was relaxing, unique and very comfortable. Thank you so much Ruud for your warm hospitality. Our stay on the boat has been a very special part of our holiday!

The boat is fantastic. It's ideally situated, it sits on a nice and peaceful canal but is a 2 minute walk to the red light district and all the restaurants, bars etc. The boat itself is nice and clean. Big and comfortable bed with all the mod cons needed to make it feel like a home from home. I've stayed on this boat 4 times now and it's the only I'll stay if visiting Amsterdam

It was a fabulous experience & the boat is so well appointed. The spot is quiet at night yet you're a few minutes away from everything. There's good security & a lovely restaurant 10m away.

Great location, very quiet but only 5 minutes walk from the centre, nice and modern but very comfortable. Excellent quality of furniture and finishes within. The area around the boat was clean and safe at any hour.

Well situated to get a quick overview of Amsterdam (only stayed 1 night), peaceful and quiet for a good night's rest. The host was very friendly and the accomodation spotless and well prepared. A platter fruit and nuts and welcoming refreshments made it even more special.

Wonderful location, friendly host, very clean and cosy. Surprisingly quiet at night. Lovely nibbles and complimentary drinks in the fridge. Felt very secure in Boat No Breakfast. We were unwell when we arrived but the accommodation felt like home away from hom to recuperate. Thank you for having us Ruud.

Beautifully furnished apartment on a boat in the center of Amsterdam. The apartment is very comfortable, and everything has been thoughtfully arranged. The host has designed it just the way he would want it to be if he were a guest himself—and he has done an excellent job. We were pleasantly surprised by the advanced household technology. Soap and shower gel come from a touch-sensitive faucet. Boiling water is available from the kitchen tap by turning a special ring. I would gladly stay here again.
