“Beautiful apartment with balcony, great location”

Beautiful, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the canal. The location was perfect, 5 min walk from the Metro, less than 10 min walk to Van Gogh Museum. A good choice of restaurants within 5 min walk.The shower was powerful, and the large bed was super comfy. Highly recommend. Thank you, Paul

“Enjoyable”

It is in a strategic location, one to two minutes to Metro, tram & bus station making travel both in the city and outside the city so convenient. The room with a kitchen is stylish and comfy. Moreover, there is a small balcony with a view of a canal. It was enjoyable being there having a drink and immersing in the neighbourhood. The host, Paul, is super nice and friendly and thoughtful and helpful. There is a list of things to do and places to visit provided so we can have more ideas of what to do and eat. There were also some complimentary drinks, fruit, and a bottle of wine ready in the room for us. Also, we were able to leave our luggages in their store room before and after check out as we have early and late flight respectively. He even assisted us with the luggages making the check in and out easy for us.

Very central with easy access to public transport. Great restaurants in the vicinity

“Perfect apartment quiet canal side location”

The apartment was truly exceptional in all aspects from location, comfort and quietness. Brilliantly appointed rooms and perfect for a 4 night stay. View of the canal from the balcony was a perfect start to the day, a rare find to have private outdoor space in Amsterdam for a coffee and a smoke! Very easy access from Central station just 2 stops on Metro 52 - on arrival we took an expensive taxi ride but on departure managed the Metro with ease. Thank you Paul for the advice.

Great location, huge bed and fully stocked kitchen. Paul was very friendly and even gave some refreshments, including wine:), which was very nice after a long day of travel. Very quiet place at night so its easy to sleep and the blackout curtains are awesome.

A great location, very comfortable. Paul was very pleasant and had lots of information about the attractions in Amsterdam. The Dutch Apple Pie and the bottle of wine was a huge surprise (the pie was delicious).

“Cozy Place”

Paul was a great host and he told us everything about the apartment, the neighborhood and the city. He was warm and friendly, also left some fruits, drinks and an apple pie. Apple pie was great! The apartment has a great location, you can walk anywhere from there. The balcony is better than it looks on photos, I would stay in the same place if I ever travel again to Amsterdam.

Perfect location, perfect host, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Balcony overlooking canal. Easy walking distance from museums, metro, lovely restaurants, supermarkets and centre. I would recommend staying here and will book again if visiting Amsterdam.
