Good location

We loved our stay in Amsterdam, and it is greatly due to this appartment. It is equivalent to a very high standard hotel, for much cheaper. Our host has been great, with easy and quick communication. We had the possibility to leave our luggage before the chek-in time, which was very convenient for our first day. The appartment is great : it is perfectly furnished and equiped. Everything was very clean. It was quiet. There are little "touches" for the guests, such as tea bags and coffee capsules. The location of the appartment is great too. It is very close to Neuwmarket place, the red district, etc. If necessary, the subway is a very close, eventhough you can access pretty much any visit by foot. I highly recommend this place !

Spacious apartment. Very clean and the bed was UNREAL. Sooooo comfortable i didn't want to leave it behind! We were so central to everything and the owners were so lovely to meet us even though we were sooo late because of the snow issue.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped and very clean and comfortable. It had everything we could have needed and more and was in a great location 10 minutes walk from the Centraal Train Station and in walking distance to all the main sights in Amsterdam City Centre with a supermarket and cafes, coffee shops and restaurants over the road. The owner was lovely and was great with communication before and throughout. Would stay again and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience the city centre whilst having extra space to rest and lounge.

The property was very clean, modern and spacious for an apartment in Amsterdam. Host Arvin was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was made each day and fresh towels. The area is ideal and close to shops, restaurants and attractions.

Artist House is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and canals, a great Amsterdam experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bed was massive and comfy and once we shut the bedroom door there was no noise to interrupt our sleep. The bath towels were thick and fluffy and we had two full sized towels each (we only had one towel each or one full sized and one hand towel in all our other accom in Europe) Our hosts Hans and Arvin were friendly, thoughtful and very helpful. They have an eye for detail even down to the pots of orchids which were so perfect I thought they were artificial, but turned out to be real 🌷Thank you Hans and Arvin for our wonderful stay 😊❤️👌
