“Bed bugs”

Unfortunately, i cannot leave a good review of AmicitiA, because my partner had a big rash all over her body after sleeping on the bedding provided by the staff (in room 4), which immediately reminded us of bed bug bites. The itching persisted throughout our entire trip. It really is a good place to stay for the price, but the health concern just cannot be ignored!

“AVOID! The boat isnt where its supposed to be”

Turned up to where the boat is stated to be when booking and it wasnt there and didnt turn up. Apparently it was somewhere else and they expect you to go there. The whole point of booking the boat was how close it was to the station. Spent two hours on the phone with booking.com trying to sort it out

The price is very nice considering the location and compared with other hotels. It is also a unique experience to stay in a ship, and the canal view at night is good.

The boat is in a perfect location, near the station and the city center. The staff is really friendly and the view from the boat is amazing.

“Quirky boat hotel near city centre”

The boat was excellent and we knew in advance what it would be like in terms of facilities and size of rooms. The breakfast was very good. A selection of fruit juices, tea and coffee, cereals, yoghurt, bread, cold meats and cheese plus pancakes. The showers and toilets were fine. Not very big but again we knew this would be the case. One of the hosts, Dey, was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. My friend had a fall while we were in Amsterdam and broke her ankle and arm and Dey could not have been more helpful in terms of sorting out taxis etc.

Location is great, very close to the central station. Price is fair compared to other accommodations in Amsterdam.

Hello, I would like to report a problem regarding my recent stay. The bathroom was very dirty and unhygienic, the room had a bad smell, and it was extremely noisy during the stay. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort standards and did not match the expected quality from the listing. Because of this negative experience, I would like to request a partial refund or compensation. I can also provide photos if needed. Thank you.

I never stayed at the property as it was not as advertised The staff are rude and don’t care about the customer I’m stil waiting. For a refund from this place as I don’t stay an hour in this place and I recommend know one else does The property,staff and even booking.com are a joke

I liked the location. The boat moved during my stay and I absolutely loved that. Room was quite small but expectable for a boat. The breakfast was okay. The staff was great and the directions were very clear.

“Experience”

It was an interesting and unusual experience. I recommend this accommodation format for the weekend. What I liked most was the location of the hotel in the very center of Amsterdam with a gorgeous view of the center. There is a large summer terrace on top where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. I really liked the breakfast.

Everything! Great value for money in an easily accessible and quiet location. Beds were small but comfortable, just what you’d expect from a boat. Breakfast was good too.

Ay night the water was off and electricity in our part of boat.
