“Really nice experience, and good vibes!”
We really liked the location, it was really close to all transport we needed. Also the extra facilities that we may need, for example new towels, hairdryer, and also baggage allowance to the hotel.

“Big disappointment, sad how customer service is not a priority for the hotel.”
Tram stop is close to the hotel, so it is easy to move example in to the central. There is a self-service shop in the lobby which was ok.

“Comfortable, well priced and lovely staff.”
It was nice of the staff to let us have breakfast at 9.55am although it supposedly ended at 10am. The staff was really polite, helpful and welcoming.

Great location! Out of the city center crowd and a couple of minutes away from the tram stop.
