Explored this property as it was rated as one of the highest while searching online. Then called them up and Mr Dhingra the owner answered and few mins later I was sure I’m staying here. And what followed on checking in was simply amazing.

This was incredible. We were welcomed as if we were part of the family. The staff but also the owner made sure we were comfortable and looked after 24/7. There was absolutely nothing missing. In fact, a full tour of Amritsar was organised for us with a private driver, private guide, VIP access to the boarder. We don’t know what else to say. Thanks for having us and thanks for your generous and genuine hospitality.

I was touched by arrangements of my birthday eve decorations and cake (my bestie Anba who discussed with Mr kanwar) Thank You so much Mr kanwar that personally welcomed us and gave us a car tour around the area. Thanks again for all your words and take care as own family members. I really enjoyed stay here.Morning breakfast and night dinner was tasty. Mr kanwar also arranged our 2 days city tour at Amritsar was truly amazing. Miss staff mamtha was always available and helpfully. The accommodation was super elegance. Best experience stay at this property.Will came back stay soon with family. Highly recommended to all

“Don't hesitate book it now!!”

Everything is designed to a very high spec, the host Kanwar is a gem, polite, knowledgeable and passionate about providing a home from home service. The staff take pride in the service they offer, and they are very helpful from helping to book a taxi, to helping you make the most of your stay. I booked this as a belated surprise for my hubby and Kanwar went above and beyond to make this a very memorable occasion. The attention to detail, making us feel like family, was all fabulous and really appreciated. The cinema room is a definite bonus to this hotel, I'm glad I booked this addition. The food is tasty and cooked fresh on the day, with an hour's notice you can have lunch and dinner prepared by the in-house chef. Kanwar even took time out of his busy schedule to show us Amritsar from his, a local, perspective. This mini tour was an eye-opener, Amritsar definitely has more to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again without hesitation. Thank you Mr Kanwar and your team for a lovely stay

“High quality accommodation in a quiet location”

It was the pre-communication with Mr Kanwar Dhingra which gave me such a good feeling about this property. He was exceptionally welcoming and reassuring and gave me great confidence as a solo female traveller. He checked in with me in my flight to make sure I’d landed and personally arranged my transfer from the airport. He met me with his lovely ladies, Miss Prabhjot and Miss Maamta and showed me to the suite. He then took me out on a short orientation tour of the area which was very helpful as the property is in an upmarket residential area with no shops or restaurants immediately close by. It’s a 15 min taxi ride to the centre for the Golden Temple and other key sites. The team helped me to book an Uber and guided me in price points for transportation. I had the ground floor suite which was spacious with a lounge, bedroom, dressing room, excellent bathroom and small sit out space at basement level. You can order food to eat in your room 24/7 as Mr Dhingra’s personal chefs from his nearby home prepare the food. The team were friendly and professional and we had fun playing Holi, the festival of colour . A very comfortable stay and highly recommended due to the personal attention of Mr Dhingra.

First heaven in Amritsar is The Golden temple and next comes victorian elegance... Words wont do justice in describing d property & the host Mr Kanwar Dhingra is fabulous person to connect with.The food, d decor, d hospitality everything exceeded my expectations.The property stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, with every corner spotless and well maintained, including the luxurious and modern washrooms.The breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with care.The food was better than the other places we visited. All the basic amenities including toiletries were provided whenever needed ensuring complete comfort.Staff is friendly & always ready to help us. It is located in a peaceful area, away from the city's hustle & bustle & conveniently close to major attractions say about 10 to 15mins.Parking was hassle free with a safe and accessible.We went there as a tourist but left as a family.

From the moment we arrived Kanwar and his staff made us feel at home. We arrived at 1am to an amazing welcome and the best meal provided by the staff. It was my parents first time in India and Kanwar and his staff made them feel completely at home. The hotel itself is perfectly located in ranjit avenue in a very nice area, close to the best restaurants and bars. The hotel rooms are first class with beautiful decor and all the amenities you need. We were in Amritsar for my wedding and the stay at Victorian elegance is one of the highlights of our trip. The only hotel I will stay in Amritsar.

I recently stayed here & it was amazing. The property has all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. It's located in a calm and peaceful area, away from the city's hustle bustle. The breakfast and dinner were delicious with a variety of dishes. The staff took excellent care of all my needs. Highly recommend!
