Hotel staff denied providing me the room even after giving them confirmation that my stay is confirmed. They were asking for money to be prepaid which I denied that I'll pay you once I reach the hotel. After this when I had words with them regarding my stay on 27th. They denied that the hotel is full we will not be able to provide you the room.
