It doesn't seem 4 star Hotel as you shown while booking . Please remove the stars from this hotel while showing . If it goes to for rating in stars i will give half star . I booked a room for 3 people. It should be a room fitted with 3 beds . When I reached they showed us one single room matrimonial bed and they told us they would put an extra mattress for the third person . Then we refused And later they showed us two matrimonial beds where four persons can accommodate in two beds . Then they charge us an extra 500 ₹ . They should have to give us a facility for 3 persons for what they booked i don't know why they charge us extra. Please look at this matter. Thanks

“Disappointed”
I don’t like the property, there is no parking space, the valet person don’t know who to park, they even crashed my 4 wheelers

The rooms were not as they were in the pics.. The linen was in very poor condition. The bedsheets and pillow covers were all dirty despite being washed. Hygiene was poor. No facility regarding shampoo, shower gel was provided.
