“Gurudwara Baba Deep Singh”

Stay Shaandaar is a well appointed boutique hotel. It provided all the facilities you require and the staff are very helpful. They help with organising transport and have valuable support answering questions about places to visit and money exchange. The Golden Temple is a very short tuk tuk ride away, but you are 2 minute walk away from Baba Deep Singh Gurudwara. If you would like to visit gurudwara sahib this is a must. There also 5 other gurudwara in the same location all as peaceful and beautiful as each other along with 2 of the 5 sarovar in Amritsar.

Staff behaviour is very good. The location is excellent. Well maintained, clean & food is also very nice.

“Nice but could be better .”

It was a very nice place in a decent area pretty close to the Golden Palace. We ate here in the evening and food was ok. Krish pretty much runs the place and is on hand 24 hours a day.

Comfortable and well cared for hotel on the edge of Amritsar’s old city. Not too much noise from the road and tasty cooked meals from their home kitchen. Polite and friendly staff.

“A Golden location”

Stay Shaandaar is in an excellent location. Just a short walk to the golden temple. The breakfast menu offers a lot of choice and I had an evening meal that was delicious. Krish was proactive in making sure my stay was well organised. My train arrived at 1am. He arranged a taxi and this was not a problem. Krish organised transport to the Attari border ceremony and back. He also ordered a taxi to the airport. The atmosphere is friendly and the staff are fantastic.

It's very nice place for staying. In India you never know what you will see in the real, you know)) But in this hotel photos are absolutely real. My room was very good, clean and comfortable. I suppose that it can be small for 2 people but for one it's ideal. also it was very convinient to order food ih the hotel, it was quite tasty. And of course, Krish! Thank you! He is the most hospitable manager I've met in India. Very helpful and nice guy.

This was our first time in Amritsar and so the hotel was also new to us. Our first impression upon arrival was the beautiful scent that greeted us upon entering Reception. It was so welcoming and refreshing after a 6 hour train journey. Despite the midnight arrival, we were greeted warmly and helped with our bags. The hotel is really lovely, I would totally recommend it!! Also, and this doesn't always happen, the photos are a true depiction of the stylish and spacious interior. Our room was lovely, and clean, and also smelt fresh. We ate breakfast and two dinners here and they were excellent! Do not hesitate to book here, you will not be disappointed x

“A Modern Friendly BnB with THE most stunning view”

A stunning location just outside the centre of Shimla, but within striking distance. The room was expertly decorated with a full glass window looking out to the most stunning view of the mountains. the sunset was marvellous. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern with a great supply of hot water.

The overall ambience, heating mode on the ac, every minute detail taken care of in the room, the interiors and common areas. So cosy, very friendly, no hurry for payment, very helpful staff. We checked in late at night , the fog was heavy. Staff called to check whether we were coming. On arrival we were taken to our room. I mean looking at the exterior you would not imagine what awaits you. Loved the beds. My wife said it was as good as staying in a star hotel. You don't need to go to a big property. The breakfast menu and presentation was great. I appreciate the owner and the staff.

Peaceful shelter from the craziness outside. Staff very helpful and friendly, went out of the way to help, nothing was a problem. Room was really nice everything you need, clean and modern with nice authentic touch. Not far from golden temple 15min walk

“Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Amritsar”

The location was great to explore the Walled City of Amritsar on foot and the property had a safe car parking as well. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. Rooms and facilities were great, loved the common areas. In house food was delicious and fresh as well.

Exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It is very clean and the staff is very attentive. Food is good and decent. The room has been recently built or renovated so it is comfortable. Staff is very attentive and helpful.
