I have booked through booking.com and payment was made online while booking but when i reached at hotel they deny to give me room because i made online payment. they said booking.com is fraud they are taking money from customers but don't pay te hotel. after that i pay to them again then they give me room. but i loose my money which i paid earlier through booking.com .
