“A Home Away From Home in Amritsar”
Our stay at MYE Homestay in Amritsar was genuinely special. The Kumar family welcomed us with such warmth and care that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Their kindness made all the difference after a long journey down from the Himalayas. The location is ideal, easy to get around yet peaceful, and it worked perfectly for us as a family with young children. Everything felt comfortable, safe, and thoughtfully arranged. The food was delicious, fresh, comforting, and made with real love. It added so much to the whole experience. This was more than just a stay, it was a truly memorable experience and exactly what we needed at that point in our travels.

“Excellent hosts, interesting workshops down in the street , nice quiet view out the back. Parakeets!”
lovely quiet (for Amritsar) spot. Rohin and family were amazing hosts and ill go back again if i don't mind not to be near the Golden Temple. Roof terrace for Yoga was invaluable, with a lovely view out the back and plenty of birds.

“Convenient and budget option!”
Basic but clean! We were in Amritsar only for one full day, they recommended us going to the Golden Temple at 4.30am because at that time a sacred ritual takes place, it ended up being a top moment of our India trip. It was a beautiful experience and you also get to see the sunrise at the Temple! We wouldn’t have experienced it without their recommendation. Also the homestay is very close to the train station!

“Good comfortable quiet room with the nicest owners.”
The owners were superb and so helpful even at 2am when we rocked up. Good clean basic room with a nice bathroom and great shower. Simple toast and tea brought to my room for breakfast which was included.

“Stayed a week, could of stayed longer. Great place”
The property is outside all the hustle and bustle which is nice, there are plenty of places to eat near by and it’s close to the main road so easy to get to and from the airport. The owners are fantastic, friendly people. I definitely recommend staying here if you don’t mind the walk into town. Thank you again for having us!

“Amazing cute little homestay”
Clean room and washroom, peaceful, thought property located in a busy alley but once you are in the homestay it's peaceful and away from the city chaos, have a beautiful view from the window of beautiful trees and children playing Cherry on top is Host make your stay very comfortable and lovely They give very good recommendations in the city of place and food Highlyy recommended

The accommodation is situated in a good position with places to eat nearby and a tuk tuk always on hand to take you to the centre. The hosts were lovely and very hospitable. The homestay is good value for money.

“Great experience”
Great experience, would recommend. Walking distance from the railway station, hosts are very welcoming and accommodating. Home cooked meals are also available. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Amritsar.

It was a nice place to stay & sleep Bed was comfortable & we both had a good sleep there. Great value for money, close to the temple plus you can get a tuc tuc outside to take you anywhere you want for a small charge.

Great location near the railway station. It is 15m walk to the golden temple but we didn't mind it.
