“You get what you pay for, but it's central”
We went to Amritsar to visit the Golden Temple. The location of this hotel is perfect for that. You're one side street away from the main street that first takes you through a block of restaurants and then opens up to the pedestrians only shopping streets which end at the Temple. The hotel itself is a typical mid-lower end Indian offering a little run down but inexpensive. But did have air conditioning and a ceiling fan. If you're a North American or European that isn't used to this style, then there is a Best Western 2 blocks closer to the Temple and a Hyatt 15 min drive.

“Amazing”
Spacious and well decorated room. Beds are huge. Good location. Walking distance to Golden temple. Transport available all the time. The roads are small but they have all connectivity.

Location is excellent. 10 minutes to walk to Jallianwala Bagh, Golden Temple and Partition museum. Room and bathroom was clean. Owner was mostly friendly and helpful. Beds are good

The room was big and clean. There is a plenty of hot water and the staff was so nice and helpful. They give you every day free water bottle and toiler paper. Plus they prepare for breakfast the best kulca we ever tried in Amritsar! They also helped to book a taxi to airport with an honest price.

“Recommend for stay for budget travelers visiting the Golden Temple.”
Location was perfect for visiting Golden Temple (200 meters). Nice and clean budget accommodation. Mostly all the famous eateries are with in 1.5 km radius. One of the best location to stay for exploring old markets. The owners Kanwarjeet and Sunny are always there at hotel and are very helpful.
