I booked two rooms but received only 01 rooms against same, also cleaning is the main concern, Selected food item available as per menu.

So firstly the name given on this site does not correspond to the name on top of the door. It’s Global Inn hotel which they need to put on the site as we walked around for around an hour in circles. Ringing the contact number for general help and enquiry was useless as the person on the other side just kept transferring us.

“Comfortable stay!”
The rooms were very comfortable and you could see Jallianwala bagh from the large glass window that that was quite peaceful.

“Hotel refused to check us in for a valid booking”
The hotel refused to honour our booking. FabHotels didn't help either - they offerred us to move to another FabHotel, even though we had prepaid for hte booking.

Room was impeccable. Shower worked fine. Location is within 3 mins of walking to the Golden Temple. I checked in at around midnight but the staff were incredibly helpful. Best hotel experience in India so far. Will definitely stay here again next time.
