“Poor and won't recommend”
Facilities were really poor along with staff behavior and cooperation. They did not provide basic facilities even after asking. Items on Breakfast menu were not available.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was hot water. Much needed in the cold weather of Amritsar. It's proximity to the Golden Temple is good too. That's it.

“Great stay at Amritsar”
The personnel was very attentive and amiable. I needed to fill out and print an application online and they let me use their computer. The golden temple is literally 5 minutes away from the hotel. They arranged a taxi to take us to the Wagah border and back at a reasonable price.
