First they denied the check-in into their hotel since their rooms were already filled. As i made the full payment in advance they shifted me to different hotel which is not worth of 25% what i paid to this hotel.

Worst horror of my life. Water was not coming then breakfast not server. Front office telephone not getting picked up, I recommend booking.com to remove this property from your portal. I'm an ardent user and book myself from booking.com itself.
