“Acceptable room was offered only after extra payment.”
The room which I booked was like a stall without windows. I had to pay 1000Baht extra to get an acceptable room. There is no reception and everything is managed by phone. Very disappointing.

“disappointment, not worth”
It was the worst hotel experience we stayed in during our 1-month visit to Thailand. On the 1st day, we had to stay in a stuffy hut with no windows. The room did not look like that at all on booking.com. Later, I upgraded the room and we moved to a room with a better window. Even though it had a small kitchen, it almost didn't look like that. There were no kitchenware. There were two of us and there was only one cup and spoon. I went and asked for it and they gave me a dirty cup. As the hotel is located next to the airport, all the plane sounds are at your ear 24 hours a day. Don't ask for room cleaning, they go through all your personal belongings and put them in your suitcase as if it were a skill. I don't know who gave them this right. Other than that, I think only the owner of the hotel, Maria, speaks English, and it is impossible for you to agree on anything. Nobody speaks English. We paid an additional 500 baht per day to change the room. We could have stayed in a much nicer place for the money we paid in total. They also came to the room to ask for the money on the morning of our departure. As if we were going to escape. thanks!!!!!
