The little Thai lady, I called her Momma and she called me Bruce Lee, was absolutely incredible. So happy and so nice and went out of her way to greet me every day. She upgraded me to a beachfront cottage and it was exceptional. My time there was my most relaxed thus far. Everyone was amazing 🙏❤️🙏

Location

When we arrived just after 10pm there was no reception staff to greet us or check us in. We finally found our way to our room, where the key was left. The rooms are very basic and the fixtures and fitting are old and need updating.

The place is a hidden pearl and the staff is very helpfull and warm hearted. Good food and service, i will come back for sure.

Pool is very cozy. This my second time.Stuff is very kindly,i will come back next year.

The room should be cleaned every day considering all the animals that come in.

“Disappointing at first”

The breakfast was good, we had different options to choose from. The location is good and all the chalets are cool.

Location just on the beach, shops restaurants near, they get me taxi service to airport for 500 tbh, really nice staff in reception, friendly

Terrible experience, we arrived at the hotel with the reservation confirmed and paid and they told us that they had no room available, we relocated in another accommodation saying that the next day we could go there and that we could enjoy the pool and breakfast, the next day we had breakfast there, they didn't tell us anything, we went to enjoy the day, when we returned after lunch the room was locked, all our things in the restaurant of the accommodation even in garbage bags, they moved without our authorisation, we went back there and there was still no room available for us, they wanted to put us in another Place not at all compatible with what we paid. After a lot of stress, they managed to put us in the same place we were already in.

“Amazing, right on the beach, best staff”

The people that work there + the owners are my fav people everrrr and made my stay as perfect as it was, will defs be back! Food is amazing, proper Thai authentic food so yum. Accomodation was nice also.

“Keep far away.”

Firstly location was not same what on booking maps. Which I choose to be closer to friends. Secondly there was no water pressure to have a normal shower specially when you would need this due to being on your days.thirdly my room wasn’t cleaned even once and towels weren’t changes even once. I didn’t receive from the beginning even cover to cover myself up during night so I used beach towel. There were also cockroaches and other animals. Toilet seat looks like funded somewhere in a dumbster. Completely different place than on the photos on booking.

I absolutely loved lamai chalet and will be back! Perfect little spot by the beach with a fab beach bar, and tropical pool area. Loved the garden that the chalets were sat in

The staff was great, they were happy to help and advise.Breakfast very tasty and rich.

The staff were lovely. The restaurant on the beach was also pretty good.
