“My favorite accomodation in Asia in almost two months”

I thought that I already have been in my favorite accomodation in Asia. But this one was AMAZING! If you go to the floating market don’t go for just a day trip. Stay in this place . It’s like recharginng energy in a unique Thai way. The view to the river and just chilling there is something amazing for our mind and our soul. Such a Lovely person the host who brought me to the coconut farm and giving me a delicious padthai for breakfast (shrimp one!) with pieces of watermelon. It was the right time after almost two month traveling in Asia and going back to Bangkok I decided to go to Amphawa and staying at this place. Just my best experience.

The best homestay... host were awesome and the friendly couple ever.. arranged firefly trip, nice breakfast and the most tranquil seting in an original thai river home, 15 minute easy walk foom 7 eleven.. and floating market.

The homestay was so beautiful and welcoming. The outdoor deck is so relaxing and beautiful. The accommodation was also really close to the market. Ban Mae kindly upgraded us and the room was really comfortable.

“Take this homestay if you want a good time.”

It is a very local house next to the river. So taxis cannot stop right in front of the door. From car park to the homestay is about 2 mins walk. Wonderful location. Walk 5 mins to the floating market. The host helped to organise our private firefly boat trip and it departed from the homestay. No need to go anywhere else. The cost was much cheaper than quoted in the guide book. The host also helped us to order take away and set up table waiting for us to return from the boat trip. The food was so delicious and beers were also available next door. The host helped us to arrange a private taxis to take us to Don Hoi Lot and told us to take a boat to see walking fish and catch some razor clams. The boat only cost 400 baht for an hour. We loved it so much and our children were so excited to get those razor clams out of the sand. The breakfast was wonderful. Prawn fried rice with fruit and glass jelly. Our family room was also great. It got a fridge, so convenient. It was a over-expectations experience. The host, the village people are all wonderful and friendly. We were looking for local experience and this is definitely what we are looking for. Highly recommended! We will go again when we are back.

Breakfast plentiful Staff speak very good English It's our third time back Place is authentic and old with cool decorative pieces Room aircon fantastic Parking is close 100m or less Right on canal but 50m off main drag so less tourists bothering you.... no public thoroughfare past the hotel so you have the canalside to yourself.

The host of hostel are very friendly and vigorously assist our needs. The lady host’s can speak English very well . We did the best massage in the lobby of hostel. Host called the massage lady and ladyboy are perfect!

What a wonderful spot for lodging! This charming homestay sits alongside the river and is just a short stroll from the floating market. Although the room was cozy, it offered great comfort. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Additionally, I had the opportunity to experience the mesmerizing fireflies tour, which was truly unforgettable.
