“SCAMMERS!!! Theres no response at all after full payment has done!”
SCAMMERS SCAMMERSSS SCAMERRSS!!!! They never response at all after fully payment has done theres no unit number or anything they not even pickup a call or msg cant do any cancelation only can report to the booking.com website and yet still no action taken.

This is the fist and the last at arte ampang! This is the worst bed that i booking , alot off hidden fees! The sink did not function The bed so smelly and not neat Water spill out Managemnt said deposit will return within 14 days, but DEPOSIT RETURNED AFTER A MONTH !! PARKING FEE RM10 aday ELECTRICITY FEE RM25 a day ( hidden fee)

I booked here because my family needed a place to stay for work last minute. After booking the owner asked for rm 300 booking deposit, so I complied with the request and used my savings money to pay it because its a no cancellation policy too late now. Its been a month and i still haven’t got my deposit back. I texted the owner at this point begging for an answer yet nothing just left me on read. At least an explanation would be nice on why im not getting my deposit back. I didnt break anything we arrived late thus we have no time to do anything to the place we didnt smoke we didnt leave power on. No time to do anything arrived at 3/4 am and left at 11am. I will give you until the middle of August
