“Yannis apartments, Naxou street, Amoudara, Heraklion, Crete”

The best view in my 18-years experience. Top floor rooms (4,2) have direct seaview blakony in the best price when compared to adjacent apartments and hotels. Constant crosswind, which means no need to use AC! Two balkonies per apartment! Very friendly family keeping up the block.

It was a perfect location, the beach was a bit windy though.

Very clean and comfortable only a few steps to a sandy beach.

“Amazing property and location”

Amazing property - close to an amazing beach that is not as crowded as other beaches, restaurants and shops also very close, the area is very calm, the apartement was clean and had all the necessary things :) The host is very kind and happy to help with everything. Will definitely book again when in Crete!

“Bathroom should be renovated!”

The studio was clean, the bedroom was refurbished, There was a plastic filter for coffee, but we asked for an Italian style simple expresser that was provided. They changed the towels and swept the floors after 2 nights.

Great localization. First, one can take a direct bus to/from the airport and Heraklion. Then, it is 170 meters to the sea. Plenty of grocery stores. The place is quiet (only one evening there was a concert in a hotel nearby). Other than that, no noise from the street or people. Excellent wireless internet!!! There is a drying rack on the balcony. Also, there is a patio space. Great air conditioning in the apartment, and it is well placed on the wall. Good and comfortable bed.

Very nice, quite and cozy place. 2 minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants nearby, parking available in front of the house, friendly and helpful personnel. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary dishes for cooking, coffee machine, microwave, fridge. Comfortable bed.

“It's a good place for a budget trip”

The place is very close to the beach, literally 2 minutes. The owner is very nice, allowed us to stay in the apartment until the evening as we had a late flight. She also helped us understand the area and called a cab when we needed it. We are really very grateful to her.

Location was very good. Close to the Beach on one and main street to the other side, where all necessary stores are located. The hosts (Maria and her family) were great, providing all help we needed, cleaning the rooms and change of sheets and towels was more often then expected. All in all very nice place for the family to stay!

Very close to the beach (you can actually see the sea from your window) and to taverns, markets, bus stops etc; the studio was clean and we had everything we needed!

We loved the spacy apartment, the light and the balcony with the sea view. It was 5 minutes walking distance from the public beach and the main road with supermarket an the bus stop. It was cleaned every second day and the towels and sheets were exchanges also. The host gave us spare blanket and sheets when requested. The neighborhood was safe a nd quiet. The entrance was beautiful. I loved the place.

“Beautiful house with great location and nice owners”

Very nice and pleasant owners, picturesque garden in front of the house, well-kept building. The room is large and spacious, with a comfortable but old renovation. The shower may seem small. Distance to the sea - 2 minutes on foot, public transport stop - 3 minutes on foot, very convenient to get from the city center by bus.

Apartments few steps from the beach. On the beach some all-day beach clubs, one direcly next to apartments. Simple but clean, was able to self-check late night. Very good communication with Maria. All the best.

The location of the apartment was great. very close to the beautiful beach of Ammoudara. We loved having two balconies, one on the beautiful garden and one with sea view. We very much enjoyed having breakfast and dinner facing the sea.. Shops, services, bus stop are within walking distance from the apartment. The host Maria, with parents Yannis and Nike are very kind and very helpful.

Location is perfect. The beach is in 1 min walk. The bus stop is in 3 min walk. Very good cleaning and room services especially taking into account the price. The hosts are really friendly and will help you if needed. Thank you!

The accommodation has everything you need. It's located very close to the sea and beach. The apartment is very clean and the owner is really friendly and helpful. It was an ideal choice! Hope to visit the place again

“Perfect Location for Perfect Holiday 👌”

Perfect location, next to the beach, near Teatro Beach bar. Very nice studio for two or three people, comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities. Two small balconies, one at the front and the other at the back of studio (with a sea view). Two same studios are at the ground level. Beautiful garden in front of the studio. We had a late night flight and the owners allowed us to stay all day without extra paying.

The apartment is located practically by the beach. Perfect location. Clean, everything renovated. Nice owners. Cleaned every two days. A place where you want to come back for a quiet beach holiday.
