Reception girls were super helpful and buffet was always full of variety and location is ideal and has their own beach

Food was great. Multiple swimming pools, hotel is super clean and comfortable. Big room and bathroom. Bus stop to Heraklion is in front of the hotel. Beach is 5-6 minutes walk from the hotel

It was a good size pool plenty of lounger’s, staff were very friendly making sure everything was okay with you, room was good with a nice view of olive groves and hills in the distance, and a big thanks to the chef who cooked delicious pizza to snack on the hole stay

Location was fine although surrounding area only average in terms of interest, usefulness of quality. Staff and food quality and variety were both outstanding at all meals. If on all inclusive stag the included wine was very low quality, our only criticism.

Not too far from the airport. The staff were really helpful, professional and friendly. The rooms are a good size and kept very clean. The restaurant food was of good quality and offered a decent variety of dishes

It was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to do a late check out of our hotel until 6pm for £25

Like that place, the service and the staff were very helpful. My partner wasn't feeling well at some point and stuff helped us with food and stuff and even kept checking if things were ok. They make sure you are well taken care of.

We loved everything from start to finish ... the lovely lady on reception (we didn't get her name) went above and beyond for us .An absolute star and a credit to the hotel as was the the barman who attended us in the lobby bar .. friendly courteous and had always a chat for us ,lovely young fella ,also a credit to hotel.He is welcome here to Northern Ireland anytime as he won love it .All other staff great also Please pass on to hotel from us Room 510 fri 10th -mon 13th

Location great proximity to Heraklion, some lovely options for bars/restaurants and shops within walking distance. Spotlessly clean. Food great quality and variety. Staff were on the most part lovely (bit of a strange flirty bartender in main bar)

We had an amazing time here and the hotel was beautiful. Rooms were clean and plenty of facilities to last the week. The food was amazing and plenty to choose from! The bar on the beach was so convenient and something we have never had before. Staff were so polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Exceptional This hotel truly offers the best value for money. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is both excellent and varied, and the private beach is a lovely bonus—even though it’s a 5–7 minute walk, we actually enjoyed the stroll. The overall vibe is peaceful and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!
