“Excellent apartment rental”

We rented a very clean 2 bed/2 bath apartment with a hot tub. We were very happy with the quiet location - we stayed in early May - and the space of the apartment. Our host, Eva, was great. Free parking, too. Our daughter was pretty pleased with her own bedroom with her own heat/AC pump.

We had an excellent stay at Nikolas Apartments. The manager is very kind and welcoming, always available to help. The place is convenient and pleasant, with a pool on site and the sea just a 5‑minute walk away. In the evening, there is entertainment, which creates a lively and friendly atmosphere. In addition, there are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy a variety of options. A great choice for a relaxing vacation while still enjoying a vibrant atmosphere.

This apart hotel is excellent! Eva and her staff are the friendliest people and great with our young children, providing us with safe beds and toys to play with at the pool. The apartment was perfect for our family and everything and had everything we expected and more. The beds are very comfortable and the pool area private and and a great place to relax. The location was also very nice - close to the beach and to multiple playgrounds. Everyone was so friendly and we just had the best time. We definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you!!

“Comfortable, great stay for our family, perfect location”

Loved the location. Close to everything in the area, close to the beach, the bus into Heraklion town goes often and it’s super close to the apartment and easy to use. The owners were so lovely and helpful. They gave us some fresh homegrown grapes one morning which was so nice. Our room was the perfect size for us and our little family. WiFi worked well, pool area was great.

The host is a very nice person! The room was exactly what we needed for a leasure trip. The see is so close that we were able to walk there in our bathing suits

Great value for the price. We wanted a cheap accommodation near the beach (you can get sunbeds at the beach bar), which was close to restaurants and shops and had a pool. Great hostess, that supported us with every request.

Very good location 1 minutes to the beach. The room was super clean and had everything we needed. Stuff was very helpful. Check in and out was super easy. Eva was waiting for us at evening to welcome us. Dedicated parking lot for the rental car.

Our stay at Nikolas Apartments was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a relaxing and charming design that made us feel right at home. Throughout our stay, the host checked on us daily, offering help with anything we needed and providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and reliable car rentals. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality and would definitely recommend Nikolas Apartments to anyone visiting the area!

Very Well maintained, brilliant helpful staff and peaceful location

Kitchen was perfectly ecquiped. There were 2 bathrooms. Kids loved pool.

“Our vacation was great”

I liked everything about it, the room was clean, the cleaning lady came almost every day and she changed towels and even bed sheets (by request). We also had our flight changed and we paid and extra 30€ to stay in the room until 5 PM because we were with a 3 yo and she needed to sleep in the afternoon. The owners were super nice!

The apartment was a few minutes walk to the beach and the main road for the bus into Heraklion. It is also close to the Hop on off bus into Heraklion.
