The apartment was right by the seaside. The hosts were very friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. They made our stay so enjoyable! Such a lovely family. If I visit the same part of Crete again, I would definetly stay there!

Amazing hosts, super-clean, we got the most beautiful apartment you could wish for with open view to the sea and beach. Everything was done to make our stay as great as possible. THANK YOU! Maybe good to know: easy to reach, everywhere free parking available, relatively quiet street next to lively boulevard with lots of shops and restaurants.

The sea was only a few steps away with direct access so we could just wake up by a nice dive in the sea. The hosts and he hospitality were top and they helped us through everything

seaside is really close! you enter the beach right from the terrace! this is awesome. our Hosts were very nice and friendly and ready to help. we even received a bottle of wine when we arrived.

From the location you can hear the waves of the sea, very close to restaurants, shops, 15 minutes away from Heraklion, very kind staff and you can ask anything at any time... I recommend it to anyone

“Perfect until the day 5, then disasterous...”

The apartman is really nice, very close to the beach, and its very well connected with the highway, so you can travel anywhere easily, also there is big parking lot, so that is not an issue. In kitchen you have everything you need, and beds are very comfortable. In general everything is clear and cozy, and it was nice staying at this place.

The place is perfect! Through the garden you get directly to the sandy beach. The bathroom was spacious enough by local standards.

Comfortable, clean room with sea view, very good locatoin and amazing hosts who did everything to make us want to come back! Looking forward to that!

Very nice accommodation on the beach, with pleasant staff. Amazing sea view. Minoica Beach Apartaments is near of restaurants, shops and bus stop to Heraklion city centre, Knossos and to the airport. Pleasant surprise was fruits, water and cookies upon arrival in the room.

The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful.In the beginning we had some issues with the AC and they came to solve the problem right away at 12:00 am. Also we were offered to switch our room because we found it was somehow not suitable for us.The room on the ground floor was perfect for 2 people.Cleaning service every day.

The apartment was clean and there was enough space. We had a balcony with sea view. The location is great, it’s directly at the beach and there are restaurants and little souvenir shops only a couple of minutes away. The owners are super friendly and very helpful. It is possible to rent a car, we rented one and the process was super easy and quick. We had a pleasant stay and can recommend it 100%.

I cannot nearly express in words what this place means to me. Firstly Zacharia and Efi are two of the most genuinely amazing humans I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their family run business which I also their home, is just that a home. They welcomed me into their world with open arms. The space is AMAZING. My studio was immaculate and cleaned daily. Has the basic requirements for a self catering holiday plus the added bonus of a proper filter coffee machine. My upper floor balcony was east facing so this early riser could sit back with the perfect coffee for the perfect sunrise each morning. They are conscious about conservation and change sheets and towels every four days which is great, especially considering the lack of natural water reserves on the island. Efi puts so much love and care into the decor and attending her many many plants, flowers and shrub the place is filled to the brim with nature. Located on the beach, there is absolutely no need for a pool on the premises. Like go out the garden gate and vióla the beach is right there. Conveniently located to all the amenities Amoudara has to offer, the main street is like a two minute walk away and the closest restaurant is right next door. The bus service into Heraklion is a two minute walk also. Always close on hand to answer questions and give some travel tips. Both of they were super enthusiastic when they heard about my adventures. The dogs and cats are so friendly, some somewhat nervous but the wee animals add to that home from home feel. I was so sad to say goodbye yesterday, I have travelled to many places and this is the first time I've ever said this about somewhere... I'll be back!!! Sas efcharistó Zacharia and Efi 🙏
