Got to the hotel around 1am as our flight was delayed when we got to the hotel we was greeted by a man who wasn’t happy with the time of the arrival, he rolled out of the office or room next to the reception and basically yawned and told us we just woke him up and we was meant to arrive before 12 I explained unfortunately our flight was delayed out of our control and he would of known this from the flight details we had to provide which he then explained he wouldn’t of checked it. He then gave us our key. Didn’t explain how to get to the room or help with our luggage didn’t explain about WiFi or breakfast or the pool facilities Infact didn’t explain anything. He gave us the keys and left us too it. Not to mention there was a cat roaming and jumping on the reception desk whilst we are trying to fill out info. If you’re allergic to cats then just know this. The beds were in no exaggeration rock hard which was really strange there was not softness or bounce or plunge or anything me and my son both woke up aching every morning not to mention the rough night sleeps on the mattress… we actually slept on the sofa which wasn’t much greater but better than the beds. We checked into an another hotel up the road called atlantica zues in the end as we couldn’t take the rudeness of the man at reception or the uncomfortable beds. I’ve never been greeted like that in my whole life checking into a hotel I was in in utter shock

“Great accommodation to visit Crete by car”

The room was very nice, we appreciated having the balcony as well. The view on the pool when arriving to the 3rd floor was great. The staff was nice and accommodating (late checkin). There is a free parking nearby. The location is 10min from Heraklion by car, 5/10 min walk to the beach.

The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed, lots of space in our room, 3 minutes walk to the beach, breakfast was good.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there were no available rooms, even though we had a reservation, and we were moved to another hotel that was even worse. The receptionist’s attitude was extremely dismissive, he simply didn’t care about our situation. The facilities have very restrictive schedules: on the rooftop terrace you can’t use the pool after 8 PM, and at midnight they turn off the lights, so you can’t even sit outside for a chat. The food was fine, but the coffee was very poor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I do not recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Lino Mare Boutique Hotel! The property is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the sea and close to a bus stop, supermarket, and several restaurants. Our room was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this place to others!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for one week and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The cleanliness was outstanding – everything was always spotless and well taken care of. A big thank you to the cleaning staff for their hard work and attention to detail. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made sure all our wishes were met and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. His tips about local trips and places to visit made our time here even more special. The breakfast was good and fresh. You have shops outside on the street and you can walk down to the beach. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete. Thank you for a great stay

Great and very cosy boutique hotel. Thanks to the staff for organizing a private transfer and a rental car. Hats off for the amazing breakfast each day. The location is easy to access by bus that goes to the airport as well

The hotel staff is very pleasant. The welcome was great, and the chambermaids were always smiling and pleasant when we met them. The breakfast is very good.
