Very clean, tidy apartments. There is a kitchenette, dishes, a place to cook and heat food, a refrigerator. Quiet, although there is a busier street nearby. The price is very reasonable. There is a shop next door, many places to eat, excellent communication with the center, close to the beach.

The property was wonderful and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The private balcony was a real highlight, with plenty of sunshine and a peaceful atmosphere. Inside, the apartment stayed nice and cool, and both the fan and air conditioning were very easy to use and worked perfectly, which made a big difference in the Crete heat. The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe space, and the bedroom, dining area, living room, and kitchen space all felt spacious and well arranged. The housekeeping team were excellent — quick, professional, thorough, and very friendly. The WiFi was also consistent and worked well even with multiple devices connected at the same time. The location was perfect, close to public transport, restaurants, and beautiful beaches just a few minutes’ walk away.

Location near to the sea, VERY GOOD FOR VALUE, with 3 beds for 56 per night, a kitchen, huge fridge that makes no noise, balcony, VERY CLEAN, table and chairs, 250 meters from the beach, 50 meter from a shop with all you need and facing the Petoussi Hotel and restaurant that makes very good food not that expensive. Host are very helpful and kind.

Eva Ivoni apartments are in an ideal location a short walk to the beach, restaurants & public transport on the doorstep which was perfect with regular buses into the City of Heraklion.

Clean and spacious, close to restaurants and shops, beach is 5-6 minutes walking distance. There is also a parking spot near the property, a private pool. Bus station really close, so easy access to city center.

We had the pleasure of staying at Eva’s Apartment, Eva was so helpful throughout our stay the apartment was cleaned everyday by a lovely lady and fresh towels every few days. Had a lovely apartment with large balcony overlooking the terrace of Sister Hotel Roxani. Apartment equipped with everything we needed asked for an Iron which was provided minutes later, 5 minutes walk to the beach and almost connected to a fab supermarket. Communication with Eva was simple and uncomplicated. Easy to find with her directions. Beautiful apartment fully stocked. Municipal parking free across the road.

Very good location. Ammoudara beach is close, 5 minutes walk. Bus stop in front of the location, so easy to get to Heraklion. Very welcoming host. The area is quiet and there are many small shops nearby. The Petousis restaurant offers a varied and tasty menu.
