Everything was perfect! the lady running the hotel was very kind and helpful, the food was divine! the private pool was great, but the large outdoor pool was also perfect! my husband and I loved it! it was also my birthday and they greeted us with champagne! we will definitely be back!

The hotel left the best impressions. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly — I truly felt welcome. The large and convenient parking area was a big advantage when traveling by car. The location is beautiful, and in the evenings there is a stunning view of the sea that creates a very special atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The room was cozy, stylish, and very scenic — you could really feel that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. There were so many lovely little touches that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely a place we would love to come back to again! 💙

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel.Everything was perfect – the food was delicious, and the people were incredibly kind and welcoming. The entire hotel staff was amazing, always helpful and friendly. The room with the pool was the best – a truly unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! A big plus is that there were no screaming children in the hotel or by the pool.

Amazing people working there. Hospitality is huge. Cute pool, with good music playing. Also a lovely beach. Cute kitties that come and walk around the area. Rooms were beautiful. Most food was delicious, especially the breakfast (I would always recommend to include breakfast if you can). Great service at the reception. Not too crouded cause its not too big. Which I like.

Everything was exceptional apart from the fact we had to access our room via a number of tricky steps which caused a great deal of inconvenience to us . the staff were great and helped out but on the basis i had requested a junior suite with no steps or if there were steps , then for a lift , because i was on holiday with my mum who is just celebrated her 87 th birthday . the toilet didnt work on day 1 but the hotel arranged another room until it was fixed

Incredible. Beautifully designed and modern boutique hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed, extraordinarily clean. The staff and restaurant food was all superb. Pool and view absolutely stunning. Can’t fault anything. Loved it and hated having to leave.

We had a swim-up beach and pool view room. The room size was adequate and clean. The breakfast choice was very good and the staff exceptionally friendly, couldn't do enough for us. I would like to mention George in particular who was a lovely young man and helped make our holiday. Also deserving a mention are Manos and Kostas who were also very friendly as was the receptionist. The beach and pool were beautiful and buses every 30 minutes into Heraklion which is worth a visit and from there buses to other parts of the island at reasonable prices. Buy them from the minimarket as quite a bit cheaper than purchasing on the bus. The shops and restaurants were all very good in the main street and the Havana Beach Bar next door to the hotel was great for drinks and snacks hosted by the lovely Michael who also couldn't do enough to welcome us when we arrived and look after us while we were there.

Everything! What needs to be underlined first is the exceptional service. Marinos, the manager is devoted to creating the perfect experience for the guests. He was not only letting every single guest feel welcomed, but was also super helpful for all matters and recommendations. The staff was without exception a great team, paying attention to the smallest details. Rooms and facilities were great. New, clean and tidy. Here as well every detail was at point. As an example, so much effort was invested even in hiding outside modules of the A/C. We had a swimm up room, which had a private pool shared among 4 rooms only. It was more expensive than the standard room, but definitely worth it. Pool area was great, with sunbeds and lounge sofas from which you could dip your feet into the water. Perfect to enjoy a drink. The sandy beach offered private sunbeds and a nice access to the sea. We were also very happy with the food offerings, a good mix of Greek and modern cuisine. The breakfast was served a la carte, which allowed a relaxed start of the day. Compliments have to be given to the coffee too. Overall the atmosphere was great. There was a DJ on the week end, which we loved. The sound system was amazing, filling the whole restaurant, pool and beach area, without being perceived as disturbing. Shows again the love to the detail. Location was also convenient, being on the beach, still very close to the city with large offerings for dinner/drinks. We can fully recommend this hotel and wish there was more like this. We would come again anytime. Many thanks to the whole team!
