I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and all hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. The swimming pool was clean and well kept, although it is a bit small. However, this is not really an issue because the hotel has its own private beach, which is a great advantage. The hotel managers, George and his sister, are both kind, professional, and genuinely caring people who make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Another great benefit of this hotel is its location. The bus stop and a supermarket are only a two-minute walk away, making everything very convenient. If I return to Heraklion in the future, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Emi Seaside in August 2025. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the beach yet still well connected to the city center. The room was of high quality and very comfortable. Our host, George and his family, was extremely welcoming and professional, always ready to assist us with any questions we had. A big compliment also goes to the staff, including the waiters and cleaning team, who were all very friendly, professional, and discreet. We can highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Profesional take on hosting

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great, very well connected to Heraklion. The beach was beautiful and we appreciated the private sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff is very friendly and George made us feel like home from the minute we arrived. Our room was comfortable, with a large balcony and beautiful views to the sea.

Good location and great host!

This is one of the best option to choose if you are coming to Heraklion. The room is big enough, it has a balcony, a fridge, AC, TV, a pot for hot water, the bathroom has a window, and it is clean. They are changing the towels every day. Free wifi also on the beach. The breakfast was good. The host, George was one of the best host. Thr hotel has a very nice pool. The beach is 1 min away. The facilities; the shop is 2-3 min away, the bus station is 2-3 min. You have lots of restaurants nearby. In the night it was quiet. I think you have a parking place as well, if you come with a car. We had our plane at 8 pm so George was kind enough to let us stay in the pool and beach and waiting area untill then, so we are gratefull of that.

Perfect location out of town near sea with good bus connection to main town. Nice breakfast although owner changed starting time to 8.30 am while booking i dicated from 8.00 and beeded to be in town at 9.30am

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean (like veeerryyy clean, sparkly clean!) and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. It’s also very child-friendly, which made traveling with our little one so much easier and more enjoyable. There are enough high chairs for babies. The breakfast could have a bit more variety but we still manage to find something we liked. Overall, a very pleasant experience – we would definitely come back! Just to note, we had a few electrical cuts however it wasnt the hotel fault, whole area was out of electricity. Also it was very windy we could only get in a sea couple of times. Soo if you are planning to visit with a baby you might wanna check near by bays where the sea is more baby friendly ;) And special thanks to George making our stay special.
