Overview
The Creta Beach is 4-star resort hotel offering spacious accommodation and an array of facilities on the 9km white sandy beach of Ammoudara. Free WiFi access is provided, and free on-site parking is possible. Heraklion City is 5km away. This holiday hotel has a great selection of guest accommodation on offer. “Lovely and private place to stay”
spacious room, clean, with comfortable beds, having a separate building was really nice. pretty view from the patio, there are trees and it was well maintained great breakfast included - standard hotel type but with plenty of options to choose from beach is fine, we anyway walked around a lot and we didn't stay just here plenty of parking spaces we found a discount, for the price this was amazing, I don't know what the price is in full season

The one bright spot was the staff: they were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely tried to help wherever they could. Unfortunately, their kindness couldn’t make up for the disappointing conditions of the hotel.

Nice and welcoming stuff. Nice small beach. The renovated bungalows are very nice. Amazing a la carte restaurant. 10min drive from Heraklion.

The room is simple yet practical, air conditioned, with all the amenities expected. It is literally a few steps away from the beach. The breakfast is good, with consistent and sufficient options available every morning. The staff is very friendly.

“Excellent staff, food and hospitality.”
The staff was excellent. 10/10 for each n every staff member from reception to restaurant to concierge. Food was on point. We had booked half board. Buffet meals had enough n more variety so did not get repetitive. There were also 2 other ala carte options available, of which we tried the one next to the reception and it was excellent.

Our telephone was broken since the first day. Informed the receptionist 2x but no one came to check the phone. Upon check out we got so much luggages we had to carry all them by ourselves plus our 1 year old then the other receptionist guy said: “why you did not call me?” And i answered, the telephone is broken since from the start. He did not say anything.
